Recently purchased and newly furnished this spacious townhome accommodates 7. If more room is needed a similar size rental unit (#35) is available next door and can be offered at a discount (15%). Other Details to Note

One thing to note is the bunk room is a converted loft. Guest walk through the bunk room to access the third guest room which houses a queen bed. For most people, this set up suits siblings, families, and relatives extremely well. However, if you are three adult couples, there may be better layouts for your group.

Check in time - 4:00 PM - Fire place: be sure the fire place is turned off when you leave the condo - Hot Tub: After using Hot Tub please replace the cover. PLEASE NO GLASS in the Hot Tub area. Very comfortable home. Enjoyed our time spent in the house and out with the beauty of the nature preserve across the path. Even saw in the distance a herd of elk Close to the front was a family of beavers in the pond not far from the front porch. Great shopping and fun places to eat and meet for coffee. This was a great spot for a group of 4 skiing in Park City. It’s only a short drive/bus ride to the slopes and there are plenty of restaurants or shops at Kimball Junction to keep you fed/entertained without having to go to Main Street. This location is great and you get more space for the money staying here vs Main Street. Craig and team were very accommodating and responsive. I would stay here again!

Craig’s place was perfect for our stay in PC! Location is everything here! Walkable to great restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores and coffee shops. Walking trail runs right at the back porch. House was clean and neat and efficient. Had ample towels and bed linens. Covered garage parking is a huge plus! Newport park townhomes are a great central place to stay close to the slopes and shops. Two large bedrooms with comfortable beds, and triple bunk beds which are in the upstairs loft landing between the two bedrooms, so not a closed door, but we didn’t mind at all. All amenities in good working order! We would gladly stay with Craig again!

location off season was just great walkable to great resturants and coffer shops ,main highway was close by the location on the natures preserve was just spectacular ,the place was peaceful at our time of visit with a great hot tub to enjoy after a day of hiking. Great views at comfortable and convenient location place.
